The United Developers Council (UDC)
An Affiliate of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB), mission is to promote the inclusion and representation of minorities within the planning and development of community development projects located in the communities its members are actively engaged in development and brokerage of real estate. Membership is exclusive to NAREB members. United Developers Council activities include, but are not limited to promoting education, economic development & social entrepreneurs in urban neighborhoods and providing development resources to our members.

The mission of the Women’s Council Empire Board of Realtists is to empower both the real estate industry and community through financial literacy and education. We look to help promote community service as well as educate homeowners, potential buyers, and sellers on various areas of their real estate needs. We take the time to educate to set the standards for women in the real estate industry by encouraging leadership, education, and the exchange of information through group learning techniques. We believe it is our duty to provide an opportunity for individuals to enhance their knowledge and expertise in all facets of the real estate industry. The Women’s Council Empire Board of Realtists is open to all because we are dedicated to the economic empowerment of women.

Who is NSREA?
The National Society of Real Estate Appraisers, Inc. (NSREA), was organized in the state of California in 1956 as an affiliate of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers, Inc. and was amended in 1958. Our organization has members, most of which are licensed real estate practitioners, in the majority of the larger cities in the U.S.. Many have obtained advanced college or university training and are well known as appraisers in their communities.
